Nestled in a serene neighborhood, The Luxe Hi-Desert offers a tranquil escape amidst majestic Joshua Trees. This exquisite retreat is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Black Rock Canyon Campground and 15 minutes from the awe-inspiring Joshua Tree National Park. For your dining and shopping needs, Twentynine Palms Highway is a mere 5 minutes away, boasting a variety of stores and restaurants.

 

Please note, due to the spread-out nature of Yucca Valley, a car is essential for exploring the area. Our property features a spacious circular driveway for ample parking. However, street parking is not permitted as per the Town of Yucca Valley regulations.

 

Upon booking, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement and provide a Security Deposit Hold of $300 to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.

 

We kindly request guests to observe quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. In the tranquil Hi-Desert, sound travels far, so we appreciate your consideration towards our neighbors. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, outdoor speakers are not allowed.

 

For your safety and enjoyment, please use the Hot Tub, Hammocks, and Exercise Equipment responsibly. Children aged 12 and under should always be supervised by an adult. Please be aware that The Luxe Hi Desert cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries.

 

Dog lovers, rejoice! Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. A fee of $100 per pet applies, with a maximum of two dogs permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty fee. We request that pets stay off the furniture and that owners diligently clean up after their furry friends. Dogs should not be left unattended in the home, and any damages caused will be the owner's responsibility. An additional $50 fee will be charged if our cleaning team needs to attend to pet-related clean-up.
