This luxurious 5 BR/4 BA home is 2000 sq ft is a 1938 Spanish-style home, updated with a brand new kitchen, updated bathrooms, and a new salt water pool and spa with amazing views of the San Jacinto Mountains.  Perfect for groups and families!


The property is gated so that you can enjoy the scenic mountain views in peaceful tranquility.  The home sleeps up to 10 guests.

The property and driveway are gated with a privacy hedge so that you can enjoy the scenic mountain views in peaceful tranquility.  The home sleeps up to 10 guests. 


The property layout is ideal for a group of adults, two families, or a multi-generational group.  Enter the house through a spacious and airy open concept kitchen and living room.  The living room retains the original 1938 fireplace, along with ample seating and a large TV for movie night.  The kitchen is brand new and stocked with Hexclad pans, Henckel knives, and all of the cook and bakeware you might need to whip up a gourmet meal.  A Nespresso machine with a starter pack of pods will keep you caffeinated in the most delicious way possible.  Ample glassware and dishware are provided for your group.  The backyard can be reached through the dining room, which contains a large table and seating for 10 -- perfect for convivial meals, or enjoying our large selection of board games. 


The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom are very private and located off of the living room.  All beds are fitted with luxury Brooklinen sheets.  From the master bedroom, enjoy private access through a sliding glass door to a charming side patio -- the perfect place to read and enjoy a morning coffee.  Two large and one smaller bedrooms share two bathrooms off a hallway from the dining room.  Enjoy the hotel quality towels.  


The casita is attached to the house, but has a separate entrance accessible from the backyard.  An ensuite bathroom (with bathtub) is provided.  In total, there are 4 king beds and 1 queen so you and your guests can sleep in roomy comfort. 


As you enter the backyard, you will find a shaded lounge area, a large PebbleTec salt water pool and spa, a Weber gas grill, and a fire pit area.  The spa and pool loungers provide a picture-perfect view of the sunset over the San Jacinto mountains.


This home is equipped with a Schlage smartlock for easy keyless entry.


You will be greeted upon arrival for an orientation to the house.


The Lux Life Palm Springs house is located in the heart of Palm Springs in the Warm Sands neighborhood.  This is walking distance to the downtown strip and has great views of the San Jacinto mountains.  The house is gated in the front and has privacy walls in the back, giving you a serene and private experience during your stay.

Lux Life Palm Springs is a licensed vacation rental operating under Palm Springs City ID # 4971, TOT Permit #9188


All licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow vacation rental laws to remain in business.  These laws are set by the city and are fairly strict.  These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, no outdoor music permitted, and ensuring that renters are over the age of 25.  The City of Palm Springs requires that renters sign a separate rental agreement.   


Pool heating is available at $99 per day between October-April.  Please let us know in advance if you wish to have the pool heated, as it will take one day to warm up.  Spa heat is included in the normal rental rate. 


Security cameras:  there are 3 security cameras for your security (exterior only).  One is the Ring doorbell camera, one faces the driveway, and one faces the HVAC and pool pump on the side of the house.  There are no cameras facing the backyard.  


A city tax of 12.5% will be charged.


This house is easily located using all GPS apps and is easily accessible via all major highways.  The exact address will be sent to you upon booking.


This house is loaded with all the amenities, including high speed wifi with Eero range extenders, smart TV, Ecobee thermostat, Nespresso and traditional coffee makers, and a fully renovated kitchen.  Play music on the record player and charge your Tesla with our wall charger at no additional cost.  The backyard is the highlight with a resort style pool and spa with loungers, grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining table.
