Each room is thoughtfully curated with clean lines, modern furniture, warm accents, and cozy textures.
* Kitchen: Stocked with the basics, ready for you to prepare a full meal. Counter seating. French press coffee. Grind fresh beans with a Burr grinder to start your day.
* Laundry: Brand new high capacity washer & dryer to handle the needs of a whole family.
* Dining: Live edge table with comfortable chairs. Smart TV.
* Living Room: Elevated ceilings, modern light fixtures, and soft high-end leather couch. Is there a more luxurious place to lounge? There’s a plush memory foam bed for your pup to hang out with you too! Large smart TV.
* Sitting Room: Bright room in front of the fireplace (decorative only) is the perfect place to have a conversation. The Euro lounger converts to a double bed to sleep another 2 ppl.
* Grand Suite: Tucked away from the rest of the home, this room is the entire upper floor with a private balcony. It is complete with a King bed, reading nook, work space, giant closet, and baby gear (pack & play, tub, gate)
* Bedroom 2: Serene & peaceful with a Queen bed and en-suite bath with tub.
* Bedroom 3: Bright space with a Queen bed and work space. 3rd bathroom is in the hallway next to the room.
* Outdoors: The front yard is xeriscaped with large areas of decomposed granite, ready for you to enjoy yard games. Play Corn hole, Bocce, Rope throw, or Jenga; or watch the festivities with a glass of wine from the front porch. For some quiet time, escape to the backyard and enjoy a meal on the deck under the twinkle lights.

The entire main house and yard is yours to enjoy!
The basement is storage for the owners only. Please do not pass the black gate in the back of the 3rd bedroom, as the stairs down to the basement is steep and hazardous.

This home is 1/2 block from the hip and trendy 9th on 9th intersection. The Coffee Garden is dog-friendly and has biscuits for your pups. Walk to dinner and grab a gelato or boba on your way back.
Groceries? On the other side of the street is a large supermarket — no need to even get in the car. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods Market are 0.4 miles.
You can catch public transit on this block.
Parking: The driveway you see close to the house actually belongs to the neighboring home to the south. Please don’t pull into their driveway. Instead, please park curbside on 900 East and walk up the park strip. Thanks!
Public transit is available from this block. Look for the bus stops.
Pets: We’re dog people! Dogs are part of the family and should tag along, of course. Please, no cats (severe allergies.)
2 dogs max. Please discuss pets ahead of time when making the reservation (brief description— breed, size, age, and personality)
A large plush dog bed is provided, as well as bowls, poop baggies, and toys. We've got you covered -- just bring food!
The yard is fenced in with two gates. Make sure the gates are latched, as 900 E is a busy street. To ensure their safety, please, always supervise your dog in the yard, as well as pick up the poop and deposit waste into the trash bin.
For short stays (ie. weekend,) there’s a pet fee of $75/dog paid with the initial reservation, so please add "pets" to your reservation request. For longer stays, a fee of $10 per night per dog will be separately requested.
