* Living Room: Soft high-end leather sectional couch, a 58" smart TV, and soft cozy throws to cuddle up in. Is there a more luxurious place to lounge? There’s even a plush memory foam bed for your pup to hang out with you too!

* Bedroom 1: Double barn doors open to a King bed, firm mattress, and luxurious bedding. Calming decor with a dedicated work space.
* Bedroom 2: Cozy oasis upstairs with a Queen bed, firm mattress, and lux bedding. There's a chair to sink into with a good book, and an ensuite bath.
* Outdoors: The yard is xeriscaped with large areas of decomposed granite and rocks. Escape to the backyard and enjoy a meal on the deck under the twinkle lights.
Backyard is shared with another rental at the front of the home. It is completely fenced-in and has a front gate and a back gate. Main house guests enter from 900 E; Guesthouse guests use the alleyway entrance. Privacy is maintained because the two structures are separated by a backyard and facing opposite directions.

This home is 1/2 block from the trendy 9th & 9th intersection. The Coffee Garden is dog-friendly and has biscuits for your pups. Walk to dinner and grab a gelato or boba on your way back.
Groceries? Across the street is a large supermarket -- no need to even get in the car. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods Market are 0.4 miles away.

Parking: There are two parking spots in front of the guesthouse for this property. Please park to the right of the blue front door.
Public transit: Available from this block - look for the bus stops.
In winter months, when you are visiting Utah for snow sports, please store your skis and snow boards outside. There are racks installed against the south fence for your equipment. Thank you.
For short stays (ie. weekend,) there’s a pet fee of $75/dog paid with the initial reservation, so please add "pets" to your reservation request. For longer stays, a fee of $10 per night per dog will be separately requested.
